GEBIZ.AI is an independent, privately operated, AI-powered procurement intelligence service that aggregates publicly available information from GeBIZ, data.gov.sg and other relevant public sources to provide intelligent alerts, personalised filtering, opportunity matching and AI-powered analysis for businesses.
GEBIZ.AI is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, operated by, or otherwise associated with the Government of Singapore, the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), or the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) system.
Information relating to government procurement opportunities is sourced from publicly available information and official RSS feeds provided by GeBIZ, from open datasets published on data.gov.sg, and from other relevant public sources. Users should refer to the official GeBIZ platform for the authoritative and complete tender information, including tender documents, requirements, deadlines and submission procedures.
GEBIZ.AI does not facilitate or submit bids on behalf of users and does not represent itself as an official government service.
Contains information from Government Procurement via GeBIZ, published by the Ministry of Finance, accessed on an ongoing basis from data.gov.sg, which is made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
1. About the service
GeBIZ AI ("the Service") monitors Singapore's GeBIZ government tender portal, together with open procurement datasets published on data.gov.sg and other relevant public sources, and notifies subscribers by email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or webhook when new tenders matching their chosen categories are published. GeBIZ AI is an independent, privately operated procurement intelligence and notification service, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, operated by, or otherwise associated with the Government of Singapore, the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), or the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) system. GeBIZ AI does not facilitate or submit bids on behalf of users and does not represent itself as an official government service.
2. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Tender data is aggregated automatically from GeBIZ's public feeds, from open datasets published on data.gov.sg, and from other relevant public sources. It may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate due to parsing errors, feed or dataset downtime, publication lag in the upstream source, or changes GeBIZ or data.gov.sg make to their own sites without notice. GeBIZ AI is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for checking the official GeBIZ portal before making any bid decision. We are not liable for any business decision made based on alerts or data from this Service.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe or HitPay, in Singapore Dollars.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your next renewal.
- Failed payments may result in your plan being downgraded to Free until payment is resolved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data in bulk without permission; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits, plan restrictions, or security controls; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) send excessive requests to our API in a way that degrades service for other users.
6. Public Telegram channel and broadcasts
New tenders may also be broadcast to a public Telegram channel operated by GeBIZ AI, independent of individual subscriptions. Content there is provided as-is under the same accuracy disclaimer above.
7. Intellectual property
The GeBIZ AI name, branding, and platform code are our property. Tender data itself originates from GeBIZ, from data.gov.sg and from other public sources. We claim no ownership over the underlying tender information, only over our aggregation, enrichment and delivery of it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, GeBIZ AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or missed tender opportunities, arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
