The Authority is appointing legal service provider(s) to provide legal services for its healthcare infrastructure projects ("HIP"), as and when required by the Authority during the Contract Period. The Contractor shall form part of the legal panel for MOH for the scope of services. This is an invitation in respect of the procurement of services only. The Tenderer is not required to propose any goods in its Tender Offer, save to the extent necessary to provide its proposed services.
